Hello! That's me in the photo, at the summit of Mt. Rainier in Washington State. Mountaineering has always fascinated me, not just for the breathtaking views, but for the mix of physical and mental grit it demands. This love for challenge spills over into my other passions too, like rock climbing, cycling, and pushing my limits at the local CrossFit gym.

Growing up, I was inspired by my parents, both spirited entrepreneurs. My mom founded a white-water rafting guide company, while my dad established a commercial bank. Witnessing their journeys has inspired my path.

Professionally, I’ve been privileged to be part of the growth story of Radiation Detection Company, a medical device and lab testing firm. As Chief of Staff, I took the helm in building efficient processes and cohesive teams, especially pivotal during the transition after the founding family stepped back. This role was more than a job; it was a lesson in how to breathe new life into a company.

I'm a firm believer in the impact of small businesses on communities and the opportunities they create. Now, I'm looking to bring my energy and experience to another great business, ready for its next chapter.

I received a BA in Biology from Whitman College and an MBA from Berkeley Haas. Tucannon Partners is based in Austin, TX, where I live with my life-partner and our dog Harry (pictured bottom right).
